Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Simply visit our returns portal below to begin your return. You will require your order number and shipping ZIP code that was used when placing the order. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been submitted using our returns portal.

Petal & Pup Returns Portal

Returning is quick & easy. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Head to our returns portal above.
  2. Follow the prompts to complete your return.
  3. Package up your return items and attach your printed return label to the outside of the packaging. Alternatively, take your QR code to your local USPS with your package. *If you are an international customer, please send the items back with your chosen carrier.
  4. At this time, multiple orders can not be combined in a single return.
  5. Drop off your return at your local post office. Be sure it is scanned in transit once received and obtain a receipt for proof of lodgement.

Refund Processing Time Once your return is received at our warehouse, it can take 3-6 business days for your return to be processed. In some cases (damaged items, missing parts, or returns not adhering to our policy), processing may take up to 10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not currently provide return labels for international returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
